This is an easy origami ocean sunfish, which is the heaviest known bony fish in the world. Its average weight is 2200 lbs! Its average length is 5.9 ft. The ocean sunfish is also known as mola mola or common mola.

Easy Origami Ocean Sunfish Step 1: Start off with a square 6" x 6" (15cm x 15cm) origami paper color side down.

Easy Origami Ocean Sunfish Step 2: Fold it in half on the vertical axis as shown by the dash line. Crease well and unfold.

Easy Origami Ocean Sunfish Step 3: Now fold both the right and left sides to meet the center crease.

Easy Origami Ocean Sunfish Step 4: Fold the paper in half at the dash line as shown below. Crease well and unfold.

Easy Origami Ocean Sunfish Step 5: Now fold the top and bottom halves to meet the crease in the center. Crease well and unfold.

Easy Origami Ocean Sunfish Step 6: Now we need to open up the bottom half, crease at the dash lines shown below and make a fold so that the bottom half now looks like an upside down "roof" and the entire paper looks like an upside down house.

Easy Origami Ocean Sunfish Step 7: Now rotate the paper counter-clockwise 90 degrees so that you see the following.

Easy Origami Ocean Sunfish Step 8: Now we just need to make 2 last folds at the dash lines shown below.
